Domestic Shipping Policy :

All Orders will be processed within 2-3 days and will be usually delivered in 07 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

We currently use reliable courier services like Indian Speed post, Professional and DTDC to ship our products. Currently accepting the orders and shipping the same only within the state of Karnataka (i.e. locally) costs between INR 50 and 100 and are variable depending on the distance covered and the dimensions of the order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages :

If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Manasvi Healthtech does not hold itself responsible if a goods get damaged or lost in transit.
